Coffee

- Roasting: daily based roasting, roasting 한 커피는 그날 다 소비하도록 권장
- Dripping: 1~2 cup / drip

Tea

- Handling: suggest tea
- Serving: extract tea - timer
- Black tea, green tea, tea port, strainer, etc

Coffee/Tea - Cafe

4 person table x 2~3
2 person table x 2~3
Bar(+stall) x 2~3

Office

- open office
- co-working or pair-work
- minimize meeting
- self manage, scheduling project
- support machine for creators

Support Book-crossing

- Cleaning & packing books
- arrange books in off-line site
- making comments

약간 공상이 곁들여진 공간이 되면 좋겠다. 책과 커피/차를 엮고, 사무실과 카페를 엮고 싶었다. 상세한 사업계획을 세울때 실현 가능성은 의문이다. 사무실이라는 공간이 좀 더 여유로우면 좋겠다는 개인 취향이라고 생각된다.
